Developed in Norway, the Navisafe NS045 is a portable, battery-powered navigation LED lantern designed for rugged marine use and harsh outdoor conditions. The NS045 can be mounted on a powerboat, sailing yacht, inflatable dinghy, canoe, kayak, SUP, or jet ski equipped with a Navimount bracket (sold separately).
This US Coast Guard-approved lantern features a bright red light visible for 2 nautical miles and offers five lighting modes:
- 360° all-round red light
- 225° forward-facing red light
- 135° red stern light
- 360° flashing red rescue light
- 360° red cabin light (ideal for preserving night vision in campers, trailers, or caravans)
Burn time varies between 40 and 130 hours depending on the chosen mode, powered by three standard alkaline AAA batteries (not included).
The Navisafe NS045 is easy to carry, mount, and operate, making it a reliable companion for sailing, paddling, surfing, jet skiing, rowing on lakes, or rivers. It's waterproof, submersible to 20 meters (66 feet), and floats with the light facing upwards.
To attach the NS045, you'll need a Navimount bracket, available in various shapes like vertical, horizontal, rail-mounted, and adhesive options. It's also compatible with a wide range of action camera mounts.
